I had a dentist appointment tonight and, when I walked to the office, it was bright, sunny and hot outside. I was in the dentist office for maybe 30 minutes. When I left, the receptionist said "I hope you brought your umbrella because it's pouring outside!"She was right! It was still bright and hot outside but it was absolutely pouring. The nice thing is that those combinations are the perfect recipe for a rainbow. And, we were actually treated to two of them!
I stopped and took a picture of them from under my umbrella. Other people around me were stopping in the parking lot - even without umbrellas - and commenting about how beautiful they were. It's funny (and nice) how some refracted light can make us all so happy.
